1) D BUSTER:
3D Buster is a very viscous base to add to the Mixo Series plastisol ink to transform them in High Square SDQ plastisol. According to the desired final viscosity you con add between 20 and 50% to the MIXO inks.
2) DSQ COLORS:
Hi-Square inks that produces a print with an extraordinarily thick ink layer that retains sharp edges and crisp, highly detailed definition even after curing. Hi-Square colors are based on the standard Mixopake color range so they will produce very close color matches when used with the formulas in the Mixopake Formulation Guide. For satisfactory results this ink must be used in combination with a correctly prepared screen and carefully adjusted printing techniques.
3) AEROSOL ADHESIVES:
We commercialize: Adhesive Spray Unitac F from Union Ink. From Albatross the Hold Tight adhesive (spray) and the Dry Web (spider).
4) BARRIER GREY:
New plastisol ink with superior performance for the dye migration problems.
Apply a layer of Barrier Grey and then print over the common plastisol colors (Mixopake or Econoplast).
It can also be used in transfer printing, as the last layer of ink. After printed add Ulon powder to ensure the adhesion to the garment.
5) CANDY COLORS:
New serie of plastisol inks with a brilliant metallic look similar to foil paper.
They are available in 7 standard colors: SILVER, TURQUOISE, ESMERALD GREEN, CHERRY, GRAPE AND GOLDEN.
6) CAVIAR:
Plastic micropearls available in several colors to apply over adhesives previously printed with capillary films. The available colors are: Transparent, White, Black, Orange, Pink, Red and light Violet.
7) CLEAR GOLD&SILVER y PREMIUM CLEAR GLITTER PAGL 9032:
Metallic Clear Base is a transparent base with a heavier body than other bases. It's used with glitter flakes and metallic powders where its heavier body helps keep the coloring agents in suspension. It is a balanced additive so you can add any amount to a plastisol ink without affecting the cure.
Metallic Clear Base (PAGL-9030) can also be used as a backup clear for litho transfers.
Premium Glitter Clear (PAGL-9032) is a lower viscosity version of a clear base to produce simulated "dry dusted glitter" designs. Premium Glitter Clear produces a more shimmering, brilliant effect than normal metallic clear bases.
8) CLICHÉ BASE PLASTISOL:
New plastisol ink, with very low viscosity, specifically formulated for the manufacture of keyrings and tags in molds.
It can be colored up to 10% with Mixopake colors.
9) CRISTALYNA:
Plastisol Ink with sparkling multi-colored glitter particles that can be printed alone or on top of another ink.
10) DIAMOND WHITE MEDIUM LOW BLEED
White plastisol Ink of excellent opacity and medium low bleed properties ideal to print polycotton fabrics.
11) EASY SPLIT CLEAR y MIXO TRANS ADDITIVE:
The EASY SPLIT CLEAR PLUS-9031 is a very soft plastisol designed to be used as a first down clear for transfer application. Once the clear base is printed and properly gelled, it can then be overprinted with a very soft 4-color process or fine line prints to emulate direct prints through a very fine mesh. A correctly applied transfer will produce a vibrant detailed print with a very soft hand.
PLUS-9031 can also be printed last as a transfer backing. When the transfer is then applied the PLUS-9031 film will limit the penetration of the printed image into the garment, leaving a more opaque print.
Mixo Trans Additive is added up to 15% to Mixopake colors to improve the peel off from the paper and the adhesion of the transfer to the garment.
12) ECONOPLAST SERIES:
Medium opacity color line, suitable for printing over light colored or white fabrics, or dark fabrics with a white underbase.
They are 19 premixed colors: Lemon Yellow, Golden Yellow, Orange, Vermillion Red, Cardinal Red, Flag Red, Ultramarine Blue, Navy Blue, Light Navy Blue, Bright Blue, Royal Blue, Violet, Bright Green, Kelly Green, Chrome Green, Dark Brown, Maroon, and Black. For Half-tone reduction use Econoplast Base.
13) ESPONGE:
New ink specially developed to obtain a fluffy effect, similar to a sponge.
It’s a plastisol base than can be colored with Mixopake color inks. Add the mixopake color ink in any percentage depending on the effect wanted since the Sponge is a balanced ink.
You will obtain a spongy puff effect.
14) EXTRA LOW BLEED BASE:
New plastisol ink to use as an underbase to print over synthetic garments with dye migration problems.
Apply a layer of Extra Low Bleed Base and then print over the common plastisol colors (Mixopake or Econoplast).
15) FAST FLASH WHITE:
White plastisol ink with fast flash curing properties. Also it has a low fusion temperature when is cured in the oven. It has very good opacity.
16) FLOCK ADHESIVE:
Plastisol Flock Adhesive is an easy printing flock adhesive that offers unmatched durability.
For optimum results Plastisol Flock Adhesive must be mixed with Nylonbond Bonding Agent catalyst (sold separately)- 10% by weight or 12 ounces per gallon by volume. If tinting is required, no more than 10-12% by weight of a plastisol toner should be mixed into the adhesive.
17) FLUORESCENTS NEON:
High opacity inks available in 6 colors (see catalog): Orbit Yellow; Inferno Orange; Missile Red; Aurora Pink; Traffic Green y Solar Blue.
18) FOIL ADHESIVE:
Adhesive for foil paper. Print using a 30-50 thread/cm mesh. Make a good deposit, then gel the print in the oven (be careful not to cure the ink in this step) between 80ºC-120ºC for 30-45 sec. The transfer press temperature should be set between 325°-350° F (163°-177° C) with medium to high pressure for 10-15 seconds over a direct print.
19) GLITTERS PLASTISOL y HOLOGRAPHICS:
Ready to print inks available in 9 colors: Silver, Gold, Red, Blue, Green, Peach, Turquoise, Cooper and Gold 009/008.
The holographic glitters are available in 4 different colors: Solar Silver, Luna Yellow, Galaxy Gold and Zenith Purple.
20) HI GLOSS GEL CLEAR:
Hi-Gloss Gel Clear is an improved, specially formulated clear for creating thick and glossy, wet-look prints. It can be applied directly on garments or over underbase, flashed colors. Hi-Gloss Gel Clear is crystal clear and does not shear down during the print run, but will maintain a constant viscosity from start to finish.
Available in three types: Standard, 40SB (square cut), and 1384 (gets rounded after passing the oven)
21) JOHNNY WHITE:
Highly opaque white plastisol with optical brighteners incorporated to achieve very bright whites prints. It’s medium low bleed. Fast curing. Ideal for meshes between 30 to 90 threads/cm.
22) LOW BLEED WHITE:
A high-opacity, low-bleed plastisol ink for mixture garments or 100% polyester athletic uniforms.
23) METALLICS COLORS:
They are Metallic plastisol Inks available in 4 different colors: Metallic Silver, Metallic Rich Gold; Metallic Pale Gold; and Metallic Mirror Gold.
24) METEOR BASE:
New plastisol ink for printing on cotton textile fabrics. Excellent for creating a hard rubber look or the feel of a hard crystal
Metallic Foil paper can be foiled on top of the design to create a metallic stain look.
It can be colored up to 10% with Mixopake colors.
25) MIXO SERIES:
Mixopake inks will enable you to create any color in the PANTONE® Matching System and all Union Ink standard colors when printed on black, colored, or light fabrics. Mixopake inks are also an excellent choice for standard colors when color matching is not required. The MIXO-1000 Super White is extremely opaque, easy to mix with other MIXO Series colors, and performs well as a fast flashing underbase white on 100% cotton fabric.
26) MONOFILAMENT SILKS:
We commercialize monofilament polyester silks in different sizes: (threads/cm): 16; 31; 47; 55; 71; 94; 102 y 120.
27) NYLONBOND:
Nylonbond is the essential ingredient for printing on nylon jackets and other products made of woven nylon.
Add 10-15% Nylonbond by weight to any Union Ink plastisol and it will adhere to nylon. Within that percentage range, add slightly more for printing on heavily waterproofed garments or with high-opacity inks.
28) PADM 1027 BRIGHT COTTON WHITE:
It’s a general purpose white plastisol ink, of high opacity, ideal to print dark cotton fabrics.
29) PAPER TRANSFRENCH 75:
Siliconated paper to print transfer inks and then transfer them to garments. They are sold by box (500 units) or by sheet. Size: 64 x 97 cm.
30) PHOSPHORESCENT ARG PLASTISOL:
A glow-in-the-dark ink for direct printing on white fabrics.
Glows bright green in the dark.
31) PHOTOEMULSIONS:
We commercialize 6 different types:
- Emulsion Vortexol Bicromato
- Emulsion Vortexol Diazo
- Emulsion M (Diazo)
- Emulsion Universal L (al Diazo)
- Emulsion Ulano 925WR (al Diazo)
- Emulsion SBQ Blue (Photopolimeric with diazo incorporated, for 3SDQ inks)
32) PLASTICHARGE BASE:
Plasticharge Base makes it easy to print bright, colorful, soft-hand prints on discharge-dyed garments by transforming selected Union Ink plastisol inks into discharge inks. A unique feature of Plasticharge prints is that they are water absorbent.
Mix equal parts Plasticharge Additive and a suitable plastisol ink.
Add 6% to 10% ZFS Discharge Agent and cure 3-4 min; 160ºC.
33) PLUS 9000 REDUCER DETACKIFIER:
Viscosity reducer that can be used in any plastisol ink and contains a special detackifing agent that helps reduce the amount of ink that sticks to the bottom of the screens when printing wet-on-wet.
34)PLUS 9114 THICKENER and PLASTISOL POWDER THICKENER:
PLUS-9114 Thickener can be added at the rate of 1-5% by weight to increase viscosity.
Powder Thickener has to be used in a very small percentage (0.3%) and has to be incorporated with a mechanical mixer. Avoid long mixture times to prevent the ink from excessive temperature.
35) PUFF ADDITIVE:
It is often more convenient and less expensive for screen printers to stock a puff additive so any plastisol ink in their inventory can be quickly converted into a puff ink. Puff Additive can be used with any regular plastisol. To colored inks, add Plastipuff in the ratio of 1 part additive to 6 parts ink by volume. When adding to white ink add 1 part Plastipuff to 4 parts ink. Add 15% by weight.
36) REFLEX:
Reflective plastisol inks. They reflect the light. They are available in two colors: Reflex 1500 Neutral Gray and Reflex 1504 Dark
37) SALPICRE:
Plastisol ink to obtain scattered blisters once cured. It can be colored up to 20% with Mixopake colors.
It’s opaque, so it can be applied over dark or light garments.
38) SHARP EDGE PUFF Nº12:
It’s a special Puff ink designed to achieve a 3D effect without using capillary stencils. Use a mesh 45 threads/cm or less, make a good deposit and then apply flash. Then repeat the procedure until the desired effect. Then it needs 160ºC, 3-4 minutes for final cure.
39) SHIMMER COLORS:
Shimmer Metallic inks will heat cure to a glittering, shimmering, metallic finish. They are much brighter than regular metallics, and unlike most metallic inks, will not tarnish with age or washing.
They are available in 6 colors: Silver, Gold, Red, Blue, Green y Black.
40) SMP RECOVERER:
Concentrated powder to recover frames when the emulsions hasn’t been catalyzed or lacquered. Dilute 100 gr of powder in 5 Lt of water.
41) SOLVENT BASE and WATER BASE ADHESIVES:
We commercialize the Autopal Adhesive (solvent), and Adhetex (water base). They both can be applied with air pistols or manually.
42) SUEDE COLORS:
Suede Plastisol Ink combines an extremely matte finish with a fuzzy texture and raised effect. The resulting print is almost indistinguishable from suede leather in texture and appearance.
They are available in all the colors of the Mixopake serie.
43) SUPER GOLD METALLIC 75/25 ARG:
New two-component plastisol ink to achieve a Super Gold shiny print. Along with the Metallic Silver they are the most brilliant plastisol inks. They give a smooth brilliant surface identical to a foil paper.
44) SUPERKLEEN SPIF y VORTEXOL SPOT REMOVER:
They are both cleaning liquids to remove the plastisol spots once they have been cured over the garment. It’s recommended to apply the with an air pistol.
45) TRANSPUFF WHITE:
It’s a white plastisol ink to print over siliconated paper and obtain a puff white transfer.
46) TRUTONE COLORS:
Premier inks for process color printing on textiles. Tru-Tone inks have extremely accurate, consistent colors, very low dot gain, and are ready to print right out of the can.
47) ULON POWDER FOR TRANSFER:
Hot melt powder adhesives to use in transfer printing. They improve the adhesion of the ink to the garment. They are provided in two particle sizes: Coarse (ULON 2170), and fine (ULON 2027).
48) UNISTRECH CLEAR:
Unistretch Clear can be added to any Union plastisol color or overprinted on top of flashed colors to achieve enhanced elongation and resist cracking when the design is stretched beyond normal proportions. Unistretch plastisols are especially effective when printed upon extremely stretchy fabrics like Lycra or Spandex.
49) VORTEXOL SOFT BASE:
Plastisol transparent base designed to obtain a super soft touch on white or light colored garments.
It can be colored up to 20% with Mixopake colors.
50) WASH 8020:
Ecological screen cleaner for both plastisol and waterbased inks. It has a pleasant citric aroma.
